We have a number of magazines that we class as 'seconds'. This can vary from magazine to magazine, but this usually means one or more of the below: 
- Foxing to edges of pages 
- A tear somewhere
- The magazine is marked 
- One of the pages has been cut so that a small bit of information is missing 
 
Every second is still perfectly useable - but not perfect!
