Do you ship internationally?

We Are Working on Relaunching Our Online Shop!

We are working on relaunching our online shop, which will enable international shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.

How long will it take for my magazine to arrive?

  • Europe: Delivery is expected within 2–3 weeks of dispatch.

  • USA and other non-European countries: Delivery is expected within 5–6 weeks of dispatch.

If your order is being sent to an address in the Czech Republic, we expect the magazine to arrive within a week of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, we will send out a replacement copy/copies free of charge.

If your order is being sent to an address in Europe or in the UK, we expect the magazine to arrive within 3 weeks of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, we will send out a replacement copy/copies free of charge.

If your order is being sent to an address in the USA or other non-European countries, we expect the magazine to arrive within 6 weeks of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 60 days from ordering, we will send out a replacement copy/copies free of charge.

As we are a very small team we only dispatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays. Postal services are also experiencing delays so please be patient. Please contact us if you have not received your magazine in time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Subscriptions

We now sell subscriptions via Conscious Craft in the UK. Once our online shop is relaunched, subscriptions will also be available directly through our website.

An annual subscription is four copies of the magazine per year. The release dates are:

  • Spring Issues: March

  • Summer Issues: June

  • Autumn Issues: September

  • Winter Issues: December

Will my subscription roll over once it has finished?

No. You will need to make a new order. An annual subscription consists of four copies and this is a one-off payment, not direct debit.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order if it is damaged or I am not happy with the quality?

If a customer is not happy with the quality of the magazine, we accept returns and will issue a refund. We do not pay for the postage on returns. For orders containing 1-2 copies, we prefer that you pass on the magazine/s to someone you think might like it more! If your order contains 3+ magazines, we ask that you return the magazines, and once we have received your return you will be issued with a refund, plus a refund on any postage cost you paid in your original order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ayearandaday.co.uk. We are happy to apply refunds (full or partial) on damaged goods.

We are a shop and would like to stock your magazine, is that possible?

We currently have official stockists in the UK, Australia, Canada, and the USA. If you are interested in stocking our magazine we would like to hear from you!
